I was an Officer onboard several Cruise Ships. My position as a Purser Guest Relations Officer aboard Several Ships included numerous critical responsibilities. I also managed the shore tours information and onboard group coordinator logistics. In later years I changed to a new position within a third party cruise ship concession. I was in charge of organizing and coordinating onboard Fine Art Auctions aboard several different cruise ships and cruise lines. In the course of my ten years onboard I assisted over one hundred thousand Guests with their questions and concerns while giving expert advise.
I presently resides in the suburbs of Chicago with my husband Shawn and two mischievous dogs, Jaco and Marley. I have a passion for travel, shopping, shoes, art collecting and interior design. Come and see what my experience can do for you!

Born in South Africa, raised in England and now living in the United States my thirst for traveling has always been unquenchable. I started my life on cruise ships as an onboard golf professional with Carnival and Celebrity Cruise Lines. I was lucky enough to sail to the Caribbean, Mexico, South America and Mediterranean. After a smooth transition into the role of Port & Shopping Guide with Celebrity, Princess and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, I continued to sail all over the World including contracts to the Baltic, Scandinavia, Mediterranean, Mexico and Caribbean.
Now, as a Concierge for Zanza Blue, based in San Diego, California, I am helping all sorts of people find and plan their vacation of a lifetime…and playing golf and surfing. Singles, couples, families, family reunions, golf cruises – there’s something for everyone! I know the ships, the food, the ports, the shore excursions, the shopping and, definitely, the golf! Having spent three years helping several thousand Guests in the shops onboard and one year running the in-port shopping program I would have to say tax and duty-free shopping is definitely one of my specialties! With both jobs I was fortunate to have my time off in port to sample the local food and explore the beaches. I also enjoyed taking many different shore excursions with the Guests.
